A good friend’s grandmother used to say there are three times in life when you’re helpless: when you’re born, when you die, and when you fall in love. It’s a bit preachy and maybe leans on some unearned wisdom, but it’s sweet—and in this re-mix, the voice seemed to make it ring true.
